DIamond Engravers are not your typical trophy and award supplier, we offer a much greater range of products and services to complement what many customers demand from the standard engraved trophy.
Typical services include designing and making a bespoke trophy or award with the customers logo or design, the repair and replating of a damaged trophy, polishing and an enhacned range of engraving services from Diamond drag, C02, fibre laser and 3d laser engraving for both flat items and rotary.
In addition Diamond Engravers makes many of its own plates, offers deep engraving with coloured inlays or fillings and a ceramic coating protection for metals which are likely to tarnish.
Diamond engravers works with glass and not only provides a wide selection of crystal and other glass products, but offfers several types of engraving finishes from what has been traditional sandblast engravng which creates a smooth textured premium finish and fine detail, to laser engraved glass where the laser beam removes small particles of glass.
Wood engraving is usually undertaken with our 180 watt C02 machine up to 900 x 600 mm and 300 mm depth, here a wide range of engraving solutions are offered as well as coloured finishes.
Our metal engraving facilities are extensive with highly accurate MOPA lasers up to 175 x 175 mm engraving area, deep engragving and 3d profile engraving and the option of large format engraving on stainless steel, copper and brass up to 750 x 500 mm.
The repair services include either making or sourcing replacement parts, creating new and replacing engraving rings and plates, fixing broken or bent parts, polishing, replating and professionally redoing all the engraving so the layout and size of text etc is consistent.
