HOW TO USE

Shake the bottle well.
Apply the polish sparingly to your silver using a clean, soft cloth. Polish thoroughly to remove all traces of tarnish.
Rinse with water if a build-up of polish accumulates, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
Give a final rub with the polishing cloth provided.

Delivery & Returns

All our products are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship and raw materials, 

Customers must notify the seller within 3 days of any fault with the goods that have been supplied together with the order reference, any images and supply a contact number.  Following this the customer service department will call  to discuss the fault with you and if applicable supply a goods return note to return the goods.  Failure to adhere to these instructions will make your claim invalid.

Once the faulty goods have been received and checked, a replacement will be issued.

All decorated, engraved, personalised goods are not eligible for return because of their bespoke nature.
