This is a Quatro Decanter hiskey Set, perfect  for a Wedding, Christmas or birthday gift for that special someone who loves whiskey and ice and all things nice. This decanter and two whiskey tumblers has this creative ice sculpture design with space for engraving 75 mm high x 60 mm wide. With this option you can add a personalised message logo or crest to make it an exclusive gift.   The decanter measures 280 mm high x 105 mm wide.

Presentation boxes
As part of the service to make the decanter gift set extra special, we are supplying a presentation box which come with a free message plate - so you can add a logo and a message to the recipient. For corporate awards and prizes, each message plate can be individually personalised with the recipients name and any special message to them.
 

Engraving included in price
Diamond engravers provide a professional engraving service for all of its customers, from special silver finished message plate which is fixed to the lid of the box . Here you can add the a special message in your choice of font for the text, if you would like your company logo added just upload the details in the links provided.

We have provided a list of text options for you - if however you would prefer another text and a different layout, please submit this as a logo and upload the information.

We also provide a colour infilling service for designs and logos.

Your visual for approval
We want to make sure that we interpret your wishes correctly from the start, by emailing you with a visual to illustrate how the engraving will be presented on the glassware and on the metal message plate.  This is part of our service you and is a free of charge service for your customers.

Delivery & Returns

All our products are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship and raw materials, 

Customers must notify the seller within 3 days of any fault with the goods that have been supplied together with the order reference, any images and supply a contact number.  Following this the customer service department will call  to discuss the fault with you and if applicable supply a goods return note to return the goods.  Failure to adhere to these instructions will make your claim invalid.

Once the faulty goods have been received and checked, a replacement will be issued.

All decorated, engraved, personalised goods are not eligible for return because of their bespoke nature.
